Starting February 15th, join us for a Restorative Yoga class on Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm at Cornercopia!  This class is for all levels, so beginners please feel welcome! The goal of this practice is to increase relaxation and calm the mind & body. Expect gentle yoga that incorporates passive poses that target the deep connective tissues in the body, breathwork, and a short, guided meditation. It will be a great mid-week reset for the nervous system! Benefits of Restorative Yoga: -Increased relaxation  -Better sleep -Improved physical & mental well-being  -Better mood -Reduced physical pain  Please bring a yoga mat! I’ll provide blocks, but feel free to bring any other props that may assist your practice.
